There is a 10cm wide plain side for balancing, a 10cm wide side with raised treads for extra grip, a 20cm wide side with a carpet cover for balance training and a 20cm wide side with coloured shapes to create targets to touch. The plank has 2 velcro straps each end for attaching to other apparatus safely and swiftly.
