The hook is available for solid floors (top plate only) and for sprung floors (including the bottom box).
The bottom box is fixed to the slab with a suitable anchor (not supplied) and the top plate fixed to the 4 posts. The posts can be cut to ensure the top plate is flush with the finished floor level.
